Sunday Stretch

In addition to the 16+ workouts that we post every week, (don’t worry you’re not supposed to do all 16), we also post a fully guided stretching video every Sunday. You can do it on whatever day you feel like doing it. But after a long week of productive training, one of the best ways to recover and prepare for the next week is to relax with 15-20 minutes of gentle stretching. Not only will you feel better afterwards but increased flexibility keeps you safer and helps get you fitter. Stretching is important. That’s why we do it every Sunday.
