We’ve accomplished a lot already this week. You’ve seen three great examples of our flagship program, Totality. You’ve also gotten a taste of some recovery resources through Sunday Stretch and Durability. But there’s still more! We offer two more kinds of workout tracks. As a member, in addition to Totality, you also get access to Momentum and Bodybuilding. Momentum is the less stressful, simplified version of Totality. It is by no means easier, it is just presented in an easier to follow way. Bodybuilding workouts include all the weightlifting and bodyweight resistance training but leave out the cardio. All of the resources are available to you to guarantee you will get your best workout. Give one of the different workout versions a try!
