Momentum
Simple AND effective. It’s possible to be both. That is what we have achieved with our Moment track of workouts. It is a fully self-contained 30-minute (or less) class that describes the movements, runs you through a warm up, and then guides you through the entire workout. Each station is 1-2 minutes and you can do as many rounds as you’d like, 3-5 is the suggestion. Momentum workouts are a simplified- not easier -version of the Totality workouts. Momentum is a great way to get your bearings if you are new to this type of training. Give the class a try!
