Bodybuilding 1
Totality and Momentum include cardio, bodyweight, and weightlifting movements. Bodybuilding on the other, has excluded the cardio aspect so that you can focus solely on the resistance training offered by the weightlifting and bodyweight movements. Some days you get your cardio elsewhere, like through a hike or game of pickleball. Some days you just want to move at your own pace and toss some dumbbells around. Either way the Bodybuilding track is here to support your strength needs.
